Both of our scheduled meetings for January were cancelled when the Floyd County schools were delayed due to snow. When we all were finally able to get out, it was fun to get together!
Introducing Glenda George
A new feature of our business meetings each month this year is to have one of our new members introduce herself and her quilts. Our first member to do so was Glenda George, who recently moved to our area from Wilmington, NC. Even before she moved to Virginia, Glenda was a welcome visitor to our guild and had entered her wonderful quilts in our annual show.
