Guild Programs 2009

We have been more or less without a program chairperson this year. Although we did have volunteers for the positions, both had to leave for personal reasons. Quite a number of the members have kept things going and provided some nice sit and sew programs. Here is what is coming up next:
November 2 Business, Show &Tell and President's Challenge
Elaine Boyd passed out instructions for a fabric swap that will prepare us for our January meeting. (Instructions)
November 16 Pauline Hodges teaches us how to quilt.
December 6 Christmas Party
Pot Luck. Bring a gift of one yard of fabric, wrapped. The fabric may be in no smaller than 1/4 yard increments.
Bring a non-perishable food item to donate.

**** Workshop Policies ****

Your place in a workshop is secured once you pay the workshop fee. A minimum number of paid registrations must be reached before a commitment will be made to the instructor. There will be a deadline for this decision. If the workshop is not held for lack of registrations, all class fees will be returned to those members having paid. Once the commitment is made to the instructor to hold the workshop, no refunds can be given. However, you are free to sell your space to another person. Please make out all checks to the Old Church Gallery Quilters Guild. Thank you.
