Rules of Entry
(please read all the quilt show rules, then scroll down and click on the link for entry form)
1. Quilts will be judged and will receive written comments from qualified judges. Ribbons and prizes will be awarded in each judged category.
2. You may enter as many items as you like*. Registration fee is $5.00 per item. * Due to space limitations, quilts in the long arm quilted category are limited to one per person.
3. Items previously entered in the Old Church Gallery Show are not eligible.
4. Items must be finished, clean and must have a 4" casing on the back for hanging.
5. Each quilt must have a clearly readable label on the back, identifying the quilt's owner.
6. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required. To pre-register, send completed form and $5.00 entry fee by September 22, 2008 to : Linda M.

Quilts to be mailed must be received by September 26, 2008. Mail item Linda Fiedler at the address above. Please include return postage or your quilt will be returned C.O.D.

8. Exhibitors are solely responsible for delivery and pick -up of items.

10. You may pick up quilts from 5:15-6:00pm on Sunday October 5, 2008 at the Floyd Elementary School Gym. Please bring pick-up slip. NOTE: Quilts MAY NOT be picked up before 5:15pm
11. If entering a garment, please send a matching blouse or turtle neck for display with vest or jacket.
12. The show committee and judges reserve the right to re-categorize entries, not to award all prizes, and not to display any quilt or garment deemed inappropriate for the show.
13. The show sponsors cannot be held responsible in case of loss or damage. Display area will be locked at night with a security guard on duty. Volunteers will be on duty while the show is open.
14. If you enter a quilt, you agree to abide by all the rules as stated above.
